At the moment, nothing is created - the rest/0 key on the Sibelius keypad does not turn blue - instead, the cursor turns blue and is loaded up with a quaver note, expecting me to position it for input into the score. I type 30 - which I am sure used to advance the position along and create a quaver rest.
